CANCER
Cancer, of course, is the big scary "C" that most people would say is in their top 5 fears. I used to fear it too, wondering if I really had to tiptoe around on eggshells trying not to disturb the sleeping giant. I felt powerless, and frustrated. Not anymore! Now I know what I can do to be as healthy as possible so that I don't have to live in fear, and if for some reason I have to battle an out-of-control cancer growth, well I know about several strategies that will work to fight it naturally.

Your greatest weapon against cancer is a strong immune system. In your lifetime, you will actually be host to many different cancerous cells, but your immune system was designed to eradicate these, and it will, if you're healthy. But if you live a sedentary lifestyle, take lots of pharmaceuticals, and don't eat right, then your body may not be able to fight those battles. What will happen next is that the cancer cells will start to win, and their growth rate will get out of control. That out of control growth will start to take over healthy tissue, and, well, you know what happens after that.
Your best defense is education. You don't want to prepare for battle after the war has already ensued, prepare yourself NOW. Make a list of things that someone should/shouldn't do when they have cancer and compare that to your existing lifestyle. Are there things you should change? You will be ahead of the game if you make the changes before you have to.
